Q. How often are kits updated?

A. Expect new kits to be added or existing kits updated multiple times per month depending on community feedback.

Q. Can I recommend custom content once I subscribe to a kit?

A. Content will be added based on community feedback. If a request is being made by multiple teams we will add that content based on priority. You can also purchase custom content packages!

Q. How many team members can use the content per purchase?

A. As many as you like! All we ask is that you keep the content to your team and repurchase if you change jobs. The End User Agreement is for the company not the individual. None of the content is available for resale.

Q. What file format are kits provided in?

A. For Revit all kits are delivered as container .RVT with all .RFA files loaded into that file in the oldest version we have access to (typically 2018 or 2020). For Enscape we offer two formats, either ENS or .glTf + .bin. The glTFs can also be used with most 3d modeling programs

Q. How do I use the kits I download into their respective programs?
