Q. How often are kits updated?

A. Expect Kits to be updated or added 2-4 times per year depending on community feedback.

Q. Can I recommend custom content once I subscribe to a kit?

A. Content will be added based on community feedback. If a request is being made by multiple teams we will add that content based on priority. You can also purchase custom content packages!

Q. How many team members can use the content per purchase?

A. As many as you like! All we ask is that you keep the content to your team and repurchase if you change jobs. The End User Agreement is for the company not the individual.

Q. What file format are kits provided in?

A. For Revit all kits are delivered as .RVT with all .RFA files loaded into that file. For Enscape we offer two formats, either ENS or .glTf + .bin.

Q. How do I import the kits I download into their respective programs?

A. We’ve prepared READMEs to help walk you through importing our kits that are linked below! If you have any questions or concerns please contact support at support@readthomas.com
